Amenities

Residents are requested to park in the authorized spaces only. Due to limited parking, no more than one vehicle per adult resident is allowed. Please do not back into parking spaces near buildings, walls, and landscaping as this can cause damage, discoloration, or cause emissions to enter ground floor apartments. We ask everyone to drive carefully and observe posted limits while on the premises. Please watch for children darting into the parking lot or between vehicles. GARAGES (if applicable): Due to limited parking space availability, please be sure to park your vehicle in the garage and not in exterior parking spaces. Storage is permitted in the garages but not to the exclusion of your vehicle. CARPORTS (if applicable): Use of carports, if available within your community, requires a written agreement signed by all parties. Please be sure you park your vehicle under your carport and not in open parking due to our limited parking. GARAGE DOOR OPENERS/ GATE OPENERS (if applicable): If you are provided with a garage door or gate opener, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement due to loss or damage. A deposit may be required. Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles (RVs) and oversized trucks are not permitted in the parking area unless by specific written agreement for specific parking sections. PARKING PERMITS (if applicable):This community may be designated as parking by permit only; any vehicles parked in the parking lot and inside gated communities without proper permit will be towed immediately or booted. In addition, vehicles can and will be towed or booted for the following reasons at the vehicle owner’s expense: • Vehicles being worked on or disassembled, inoperable, with flat tires, or propped up on jacks or other devices • Vehicles with expired license plates • Vehicles that are blocking trash removal and/or garages, carports • Vehicles parked in a no parking area, fire lane, in drive through area, on grass or parked in h
